The Challenge

BON has been providing ongoing maintenance services to Ingham’s in Western Australia for over 25 years, providing ongoing preventative and reactive maintenance of all their electrical and water infrastructure across multiple sites. Continued operation is critical for production and ensuring the safety of the stock.

The Solution

BON’s role is to ensure Ingham’s staff are assisted onsite to identify and prevent electrical and water problems before they occur. This is all part of the HACCP risk approach which Ingham’s have deployed across their business.

We also support Ingham’s with our 24-hour 7-day week emergency support. This means should they ring any time of the day or night BON will be there to help. Primary producers who rely on power and water for the comfort and welfare of their animals need this level of support. Unreliable support is just not an option for companies such as Ingham’s and the need to be assured their contractors have the capacity to meet their needs within the framework which they operate.
